DP Property Management LLC, the owners of Summit Court luxury apartments in Union, NJ, recently partnered with some of the area’s top employers to launch a preferred employer program for the complex. The program includes a number of nearby businesses, as well as Union County first responders, active duty military, and veterans. These groups and those who work at participating businesses will be eligible for discounts on apartment rentals, such as two months free rent, savings on application and amenity fees, and six months of free on-site storage. DP Property Management founder and principal Nick Minoia said that since Union has become a hot spot for employees looking for a luxury home, “our Preferred Employer Program enables companies throughout Union County to be more competitive by offering a valuable perk that provides meaningful savings.” The program is also offered as a way to give back to those who serve the community.
Summit Court is located just one mile from the Union rail station and Kean University and offers luxury features and amenities including a fitness center with Virtual Fitness on Demand, keyless entry, a Wifi Lounge, and much more.
